When DIY Goes Too Far
Truth be told, the oranges were probably in syrup and not an acidic juice and that would have kept them from being happy hosts to botulism after only 4 months, but that’s way more thought than went into the actual conversation that night.

Those oranges lived in my pantry until I moved out of that apartment, too.
