You draw art! I wish I could do that! :) Subscribing! We just moved in together, the Cajun and I, so we had a heck of a time finding a place. Then we had trouble getting our deposits back from our rentors. They wanted 30 days notice, and like you, we couldn't afford two places at once. Luckily, both of our places were rented out the day after we moved. Good luck with the hunt. OMG! You draw art! I wish I could do that! :) Subscribing!
